Most annoying thing your fish do ;)

1. Azure damsel headbutts frags near his cave until they fall off. Only my torches though, his new favorites to attack are the dragon souls.
2. Yellow tang in every photo I take, unless I feed him on the other side first
3. Wrasse tries to surf every morning, hits the screen top, and makes a big splash at 6am. Every morning. No other fish is up and moving at this time either. He's all of our alarm clocks.

My gold stripe maroon won’t let sand be anywhere near her anemone so now half my tank has a deep sand bed and half is bare bottom

No matter where, in my tank, my lightning maroon used to push frags, that were being glued down, over. At almost 4” he could push any newly glue frag off for days afterward. I have to give it to him though. He had to work in a few of them for days, but he was always persistent, until they were uprooted.

They were tiny pretty neon when I got them. I bought a dozen, didn't know they get mean and ugly. 10 years old, 3 left. In 180gal 400+ pounds of rock, can't catch and traps don't work.

Those fish are evil. I bought a 4" one that was taken out of a big LFS tank because "he bites". It did well with larger fish in a 120 gallon FOWLR, but dug up the sand, moved rocks out of it's lair and when I put artificial corals in, those were moved too.

Finally the regal tang had enough and gave it a nasty gash which it died from.

If they are big enough you could probably catch them with small fly fishing hooks and mysis, but then you would have to find someone who would want the buggers.

My maroon was harder to catch than my tang. Im glad I rehomed her she was MEAN

Damsels ...

I’ve found it effective to catch large a hole fish without removing any rocks .

Cut the barbs off of a fish hook and bait with a piece of seafood .

Time to go fishing .

My engineer goby will redecorate the sand bed sometimes overnite and move all the sand into a massive pile burying my coralsI’ll fix it and he will do it again‍♂️ I gave up and moved the corals

I have a Starry Blenny (Salarias ramosus) that has gotten into the habit of perching on a small M. digitata. It is spending hours there each day wrapping itself in the branches. I hope the coral doesn't mind it too much...

Die.... no really that is then most annoying thing. Have a fish for a while and out of no where with zero behavior changes die.

I have a large (12") Vlamingii tang that when he eats the nori splashes water out of the tank. Usually right after I clean the glass....

My watchman goby spits tons of sand into my acanthophyllia! Drives me crazy bc I constantly have to blow it off.
Also have a pistol shrimp that steals all my larger grain sand and piles it up behind my rock work so it looks like little mountains back there! Lol

I’ve had numerous clownfish that dig... My current pair is well behaved, but now I had an azure damsel that took up that mantle...

When my lawnmower blenny goes in the water return chamber.. he can’t get back into to the dt so i have to shut everything down, pull the pipes out and catch him so i can put him back in the dt.. usually does it 1-2 per month.. so annoying!!

Most annoying is my flame angel roundhouse tail flicking all my new inhabitants for the first few hours, and than best friends after! Kinda annoying but all is well lol

My clownfish (aka bubbles the killer clown, orca) bites people
She actually left a welt recently
