Do you mind posting a couple of more sump pics? Looking for ideas, while maintaining simplicity in the partition approach. I'm getting glass baffles cut and been following along. Thanks for posting your progress, looks great.

Having a hard time getting good pictures. If you can't see what you are looking for let me know. I'll change out my algae grow light with a white light to get better pictures.

To do it again I would make the skimmer section a bit smaller. The skimmer I bought with the tank didn't work and took up more space. The new skimmer I replaced it with would have allowed me to make the refugium a few inches longer.

Good to know, are you using any kind of filter sock? Thanks for the info, really appreciate it.

I do have one installed right now. I set it up so I could slide a 7" sock between my 2 returns. The plastic frame of the sock holds it in place. No special holder.

Hmm... just noticed I have algae growing on my algae. I put a few plugs of Ogo macro algae so that when I get some herbivores they will have plenty to graze on. Now my Ogo is hosting GHA. I knew some came in on a coral plug but thought I got it with H2O2 fast enough. Guess not.

Well... I probably need to make a point of bringing in an algae eater next! Definitely worse problems to have!

That is definitely on my want list. I also want a Foxface Lo which could also help. Thinking I will add that next before I go to tangs. Want to add tangs second to last and dwarf angels last to help minimize aggression.

Well from experience with two kole tangs they are sissies compared to other tangs. I honestly love mine he has his own personality and there is nothing better then seeing his kiss marks on the glass. If I could do it over again the only thing I would do is get the blue eye kole instead of the yellow just because of the color difference

I should get some fun new toys in today. I get my Apex auto feeder and my Apex controller for my MP40's. It will give me something to do tomorrow. Oh... and I hope to get my coral order from WWC that was delayed by the hurricane tomorrow, too!

I've decided I'm going with a mix of foods in my auto feeder. Some flake, pellet, spirolina powder, and dried cyclop eeze. Should give me a good variety.
At night, I plan on going with LRS frozen food. Just not sure if I should go with the reef frenzy or the fish frenzy. So many choices!

Didn't get to play with it since it was my sons High School Homecoming game tonight. Just got back.
