I see acriflavine-ms and ruby reef rally. Those I can't get tonight
Either of those will work, and I know someone on here who used fungus cure in a pinch and it worked well for him.

Well I just added the 3 meds that I have. The quickest I can get the rally is wed. Even though it'll probably be too late I will order it so I have it on handEither of those will work, and I know someone on here who used fungus cure in a pinch and it worked well for him.
Have you ever had a fish recover in such bad shape just laying on the bottom?Either of those will work, and I know someone on here who used fungus cure in a pinch and it worked well for him.

I have. I had a powder brown and yellow belly hippo come into the store in such bad shape I thought they would be dead in hours. I even got a credit from the wholesaler... which they don't do unless it's obvious the fish was shipped in bad condition. They were laying on their sides like that breathing very rapidly and not moving otherwise. I did the rally bath on them and placed them in the copper system. They both made a full recovery. The powder brown sold yesterday the hippo hasn't yet, but is looking better every day. It's not hopeless, but needs attention quickly.
That gives me hope except for the fact that I don't have the rally bath. I guess my odds aren't as goodI have a few times now, more than once during my current QT one of my fish looked like they were a goner but a rally bath turned them around. The stuff is definitely good to have around.

I'll have to see if there's anywhere I can get it tomorrow. I don't really have a good/close LFSYou can try a methylene blue bath if you can get that. Or anything else that has acriflavin in it would be worth a shot.
- I had my purple tang who was sucked to filter that's how weak he was. Lost his fins and saw his cartridge. Didn't think he would make the night. His stomach was suck in so thin. His eyes was all dark and enlarged. The best thing that save him was freshwater bath. Matching temp and Ph. No medication in a new saltwater Qt tank. Amazing comeback doing great today. Good luck..
Wow that's pretty awesome. Mine is close to that condition. Right now he hasn't moved from the bottom of the bucket/qt but is still breathing.

Sorry buddyI'm sad to say he didn't make it through the night. That was a tough loss

I finished the 4wks of copper with the yellow tang last week. I ran cuprisorb for 1-1/2 days, then tested and it read 0, so I started the prazi. I'm now on day 4 and was going to do a wc and do the 2nd dose tomorrow. My problem is the water started looking cloudy yesterday. Is this something I should be concerned with? Also, I forgot to mention that I've been soaking the tangs food in selcon for about 2wks. That would make the water a little cloudy but only briefly.
Got it! Thanks! That's normal. Go ahead and do the water change now and dose when you were planning. The cloudy water could be a bacterial bloom which can suck the O2 out of the water. You can do a water change as soon as 24 hours after dosing the Prazi.
