NeoNitro Issue?

So I didn't take a picture but one of the tanks had a lot of black slime that built up in the fuge. However not on the chateo yet but I ended up just turkey bastering it out.

That would be cyanobacteria.

Removing it is a good plan.

So the fuge has quite a bit of flow on this tank. It is a standard red sea fuge on a reefer system and I have a small uv sterilizer and power head. The cyano was built on the floor and partially on the power head. Any idea why?

It was at the top right powehead and just to the left of the power head on the floor.

Obviously trying to maintain my nutrients currently.

Edit: always seems to come back when I use the neo nitro product (I think)
