Hello Everyone,

I just set up my Neptune trident and it did the initial test just fine, but now I get a repeated test A fail. I’m not really sure what to do, the lines leading into the unit look fine Any advice is appreciated!

If it was me I would pop off the front cover above the drawer where the light is so you can see the vile and then perform a prime regent a procedure and see if the vial fills up and then drains after that perform a sample line prime and make sure again it fills up and drains out. I have seen brand new units either have pinched hoses or a line pop off if it does not fill the vile this is probably the case

How do I do that

In that same menu at the very bottom Under initialize you can click restart trident and click the update button and see if that does it

So one at a time prime a then prime sample and when it’s Priming watch the vial fill and then empty then go to the next prime and watch it fill an empty if this is working properly next try to do the trident reset under initialization

It has drained, now do b and c?
If you’re only failing test a I would assume BNC does not have an issue right now by priming it I just wanted to make sure that the hoses were all connected inside the unit sometimes they pop off if the vile is filling and then draining that means the hoses are all connected and the regent‘s going through the system

Orange liquid is red light showing the fluid rise then drop followed by a little white pill.
