I prazi all my wrasses without issue but the dose on the bottle is actually higher than what you need to take care of flukes so I dose a bit less and then remove it after 24 hours with carbon since the flukes should have fallen off by then.

Here's the one I currently have in qt, enthusiastically munching mysis. :)

Just found one if the leopards dead. There was one with a distended stomach so I wouldn't be surprised if the prazi caused a mass work die off and sepsis. Everything else in the qt seems great. Really bummed.

How often do you change the water in your QT?

Very sorry to hear it. Were all 3 getting into the sand before lights out?
I've had new leopards die from stress after a couple days not figuring out or unwilling to dive into the sand at night.

Have quarantined 6 different leopard wrasses without issues over last year. 2 blue star (never saw one again after went into DT), 1 exquisite leopard, 1 potters leopard, 1 black leopard, and one moyers leopard wrasse (unfortunately went into DT overflow some months after when I was abroad and died).
I use a container of sand, copper power and Hanna to keep Copper levels 2.1-2.3, then add either general cure or prazi during last week before DT. They all eat frozen, pellets, and nori now

Reviving this thread since I’m dealing with something very similar with my new Wrasse. Appeared fine after acclimation yesterday and is now on her side breathing heavily today... do you know if the first wrasse that was struggling made it and how you got her to recover?

Have you dosed any meds yet? Prazipro?

Here is a thread I had with my success of a trio:
