thank you so much Humblefish, we all appreciate your help immensely. Especially the fish! Blue chromi is doing good in QT, the tang is sideways in the bath, she just did not look good, one blue-green chromi left in the DT(trying to get it out) it is my oldest fish and wise to all of my capture tactics. He looks the best also.

the tang is in the QT chasing "his" reflection. stressing him out. I dont want to put sand in it will be a huge mess.
Turn off the lights and give him a PVC elbow to hide in. They will do that sometimes - fight their reflection from the bottom glass pane.

Update! Tang and little aqua chromi are doing great in QT! Copper saved them. I really know it was a miracle (humblefish)that saved that tang. She was a mess. I think the chromi has been in there since the 10th. So do I need to wait 30 days before putting them back in the DT?
Unfortunately, you need to go 76 days fallow (fishless) to be sure the parasite is gone in your DT.

I have had this in the past. I have had much luck with the fresh water dip with Kordon Rapid-cure. I would have lost mine if I didn't do it I have had him for over a year now and is doing great.

totally different question, how do I get anthelia off glass/rockwork I cannot take out of DT. will it harm anything if it dies off a little? will it survive if i razor it off the glass?

That coral will probably survive the Apocalypse.
Yes, you can just use a razor to scrape it off the glass and it will probably survive just fine.

As far as I know, you can cut it off, but the tissue that is left will just regrow into more. Better to just get rid of the rocks too and replace with new fresh rocks. idk
I'd take any rock with anthelia outside, blast it with a garden hose, and let it air dry for a week or two. AND that still may not be enough to kill it!
