New fish bacterial infection?

I always say 4 weeks past end of treatment. That could be overkill though. Maybe should be 4 weeks from last symptom. Humblefish? Personally, I keep them at least 2 weeks past treatment or up to 4. Usually I have a 6 week QT protocol without meds depending on fish of course.

4 weeks would be playing it safe, but IMO 2 weeks should suffice.
