That would be amazing! Hopefully you document it in a build page. Keep up the great work!

The bleached Mag was almost under the second Mag for over a week and I saw no adverse effects. I just think the bleached Mag wanted the prime Real estate. I am already working with a new LFS to source another 1 or 2 probably next month. So did you see any negative reactions when the mags were together? I’ve been thinking of adding another one to the shelf rock I got for my second mag since it so large but wasn’t sure if they are territorial or communal like BTAs…
Got that covered. I have a wall that segregates the overflow, pumps and gyre from the rest of the tank. I tried a nem guard once but still lost a bubble tip to it. May not look the best but Im not risking the Mags life for AestheticsGreat log, glad they recovered well! Seems like they will settle in eventually, just make sure all your pumps are covered. And even be careful about the overflow intakes, I had a very large orange mag kill itself by smashing itself through the teeth of an overflow, which I never expected.
I am planning a closed loop on the 180 nem tank. My current tank is more of a holding tank and was planned to only be temporaryThis is why I’m not sure why closed loops aren’t more common!
Not yet. I should start one soon. Just been collecting what I need before I start but will add a link once I start. Most I’ve done it water test the tanks (2 180s and a 120 for the sump)Have a build thread yet?
