thanks, the torch is opening a bit more this evening, I added some macro in my fuge and display and have turned the bubbles in my skimmer down so that it’s not skimming near as much, it’s oversized for my tank anyway, excuse my crappy phone pics.

Just a suggestion. Move your Macro to the second chamber, the one where your Marine Pure block is now and put the block as the "end stage". I feel like after skimming and the block, as it sits now, that macro won't receive enough nutrients to survive long term. Just my experience with setting up a successful refugium. Tank is starting to look great as well. Keep up the good work.

that makes sense, I have had trouble keeping cheato alive in there in the past, I blamed it on the light I was using at the time..
