Noopsyche lights rattling noise

We have received 2 emails said that meet this issue. This is a conversation between one of the customers and NP service. I asked him to sent a video to us to determine what the noise was, and asked him to confirm whether the express package was damaged or any dents. He said that the outer packaging was intact, so the package was not treated rudely. According to the sound of his video, it is easy to judge that it is an extra screw. I asked him to take apart to take a look inside, after we allow it, it will not affect the warranty. He found an extra screw,

I've never had mine apart and Ive only seen videos of the previous model taken apart but on the older model when taking it apart the person making the video said to be careful not to drop the lenses and be careful with the antenna cable which connected to a piece mounted to the plastic case. It may not be an issue on the new light though.

@islandreef since you have already taken yours apart is there anything to watch out for while separating the case, or is it as easy as taking out the screws and pulling it apart?

I'm not from Michigan but for some reason I've loved the wolverines since being a little kid. My son claims to be a OSU fan (I don't think he really is he is just giving me a hard time) so I was looking into having an abortion on a 13 year old. Turns out that doesn't exist, so I'll just have to kick him out of my house. Maybe he can move to that state near me that smells like dirty, dirty buckeyes.

Im from Michigan and the Air Force believed it was a good idea to relocate me to Illinois. Illinois is where i pit down roots.
My daughter is Michigan State fan just to give me a hard time. She thanks she is sooooooo funny. There was talks about her moving in with my aunt and uncle who are msu fans. Wife shot that idea down. I guess I'm stuck with her.

I think my wife is going to make this shirt for me to start wearing, I thought it was funny

My cousin married an osu fan / family. She has gone to more michigan games than osu games. She was excited to me Harbaugh. Ever time I see her I call a closet michigan fan.

My daughter has a msu necklace. I always ask her why she likes to wear grass stains. I remind her that we can ways wash it to remove the stains. Rolls her eyes and bounds away. I always ask my wife why do we have to keep her.
