If you contact the Europe guys vs the USA guy they usually respond within 24 hours during the week.

Hopefully you don't have to send it in. Pac Sun is in the process of changing US distributors. I just found out when I had to purchased the AWC DC pumps from the Europe website.

The guy I dealed with when purchasing was out of Mass...im in CT so its not too terrible. But hopefully dont have to ship it as I just started dosing.

I think he is no longer is the distributor for the US. On another note, I just received my AWC DC pumps yesterday. I am in the process of setting it up.

Marek was nice enough to plug in his optical sensor for me to check and see how much the level drops before it will trigger. Sounds like its 1/4 inch or possibly a little less. So ill set my pump for a short run time to keep it close to that.

I am looking for bottles to use on this doser, as I am about to set it up. I have the holder with magnetic stirrer so wondering where I can get bottles that fit in there. Any help is appreciated!

Nice glass container with wide mouth and cork.
Just drill hole in cork. I am sure that a rubber stopper can be found in the same size.
Bottle can be removed, without taking doser off rack. You probably will pay just as much for a glass container from the bit of looking i did. Buy salt and bottle is free, or buy bottle and salt is free?
**Warning do not use the sea salt in aquarium**

Is anyone watching this forum anymore? 
I'm in the beginning stages of setting up my Kore 5th. On the connection tab, I selected port 5 which is the correct port used. When I click the "Connect" button I get this error message "connection error." Anyone else have this experience and a possible solution? Firmware version is 17.

Are you using a Class 1 Bluetooth to connect?
Are you using the correct software version (Kore 5th program) with the doses firmware?

Hey Marquiseo and thanks for the reply. I was using the Bluetooth in my Sony laptop. I just received a note from Tomasz at Pacific Sun telling me to use an external Bluetooth device. Guess I'll head over to Best Buy to find one. I see that you are in GA too. I'm 15 minutes South of ATL.

OK. Online is probably the best and least expensive anyway!
Look into Tomasz's specs... The first "Class 1" I ordered was not actually a "Class 1" Bluetooth dongle as claimed.
They can be found easy, however some are sold as "Class 1" but did not meet actual specs. He may have provided you with a few links along with his response.

What has your experience been with the Kore 5th?
I have had mine for a year a so, bought used. Over this time I have experimented with both Windows and Mac interface. I have not yet tried Android.
