There are special 'glass cleaning rags/towels' that you can get at Home Depot. The same kind used for 'dusting' - you can then just wash when needed -My wife is very particular over her bath and kitchen towels. I have designated bath and kitchen towels and best not confuse them. Just over the weekend i got PVC glue on a quality bath towel. I got the riot act for that one. LOL!
Just remember to not use dryer sheets with them. They leave an oil residue on them that makes cleaning windows almost impossible. Years of housekeeping experience. All you need to clean windows BTW is a wet towel and a dry one. Works faster and better than any chemical I have ever used. There are special 'glass cleaning rags/towels' that you can get at Home Depot. SqueegeeI see a lot of hand towel use and i do use them but i am not able to get streak free or the cloudy film off my glass unless i use paper towels. You all achieve clear glass with hand towels?
So... are you going to use your wifes expensive towels to protect the new carpet, Or did you learn your lesson with the glue?I have to put 3 towels down at all times. WE just had new carpet installed a few months ago. Staining the new carpet would be a mortal sin!

Clean my glass every day. On weekends twice a day.How often do you clean your glass? Lol
I clean mine after a water change or if I do something in the tank and smudge the glass. Granted I only have a 20G but I use roughly 4 sheets of paper towels a week. Everything else I just use old bath towels for.
