I know this is old, but I was caught right in the worst time time to make a purchase. Well my tank was delivered right before the end, the overflow I bought with it is completely faulty.

All I have been asking for is complete drawings of my tank so I can have another company build me an over flow that works without having to break down my plumbing to take measurements.

Ed was responsive in January, and wanted to send me a new one, but it’s been radio silence for months.

At this point I just want complete drawings. If anyone knows how to reach Ed or Mike, I would greatly appreciate it.
Judging from Ed's lack of response to most everybody, I doubt you will get anything from him.
As far as drawings, I'm sure the stuff was probably all deleted by now. There is no company.
If Ed has anything he is probably not going to respond if there isn't something in it for him.
Mike was frozen out long ago.
You should probably get the measurements yourself. Wish I had something positive.

I sent Conor-k Mike's contact info and I wish him luck but dealing with Ed is painful at best

So sorry for all those caught up in this mess. I was fortunate enough to get my money back, and order the tank from a different builder.
