those were the actual readings at 85/50%. I then backed the light off to 70/40%.

Gotcha so your actual is quite a bit higher. I've read and heard anywhere from 10-25% higher than the numbers off the meter.

I have real life experience with this as I was bleaching acros at unadjusted par numbers of 250 and roasted a Miami chalice on my sandbed at the edge of the tank at 125

Which fixture were those readings from? 155 or 132

Kevantheman35, they are from a Lumentek Pro 240. I have a DM 132 that I can get a few readings from but it is being used as a fuge light at the moment.

on my 180, I had a custom build LED setup. it was a full spectrum. while this is an old shot,it shows alot in comparison. The Acans I have now were in several locations. one at about 250, one at 180 and the other at 150. these readings were actual and taken with the same par meter on the same settings. This tank grew my corals very well.

Ugh, i fyou cannot see readings, then lets try this. Left side. peak of rock is 260. Dead center behind the Pyramid butterfly is 200. just to the left and below with eh AOG zoas near the blue tang, it was 180. Top center rocks just to the right. it was 280. tips of the Stag were 300+. Green table to the right of it was 250. then 220 just to its right.

Oh OK gotcha thanks. If you do take readings of the 132 please do post them as I have one that I am considering using on my new display but hesitant. Mines the full spectrum version

Kevan, I have the same. full spectrum. I will see whhat I can do tonight but I dont have a way to put it on this tank easily.

what size tank are you considering putting it on? I used mine over my frag system and it worked wonderfully.

It's a 24x24x24 cube. I also have a 250w fixture so hard to decide with that depth for me. I guess I'm just worried about messing around for months trying to find out where it should be set for decent par

From using the Dm132 over my tank. you will need to run it way up there for a 24" deep tank. I ran mine at 100% blue and 80% white when I had it over this tank.

Did anyone else buy one of the pro fusion 360's with the apex upgrade before reef radiance quit selling them. I have one coming and wanted to know if someone got their's yet. If so, what are you planning on running it at % wise?

Looking for a bit of help here. Working on getting my 120 going with lights. It is 5 feet long, 24 inches deep. How many and what style light is best for this? I am looking at the dm-155e, one on e each side controlled with a apex. Enough? Need 3?

I would do three so you get good punch from them. Two will.leave shadows in the middle.

My tank at 12wks old under the LumenTek Pro 180. I am still so loving this light. Am amazed how well my corals are doing having come from under T5HO for 3yrs.

I have been looking at the options of these lights again. Is there a better option then the DM 155e? Is the pro series a better option in the long run?

I got one of the fusion 360's, but mine isn't apex upgraded. I'm currently running mine as follows at the brightest: Ch.1 25, Ch.2 30, Ch.3 25, Ch.4 40, Ch.5 40

Everything is still being acclimated. I'll probably tweak the colors some.
