I just got a package from them a week or two ago. Over 100 assorted snails and a couple of crabs. Maybe 10-12 casualties, but I believe it was due to the box looking like USPS ran it over with a truck. Happy overall.

I have ordered from them a couple times and been happy, but I used overnight shipping. Try to have reasonable expectations-of course a 20 cent dwarf cerith is going to be very tiny etc. Many of the snails are intertidal and so will ship wet not submerged in water; that is not 'wrong'. Money cowries and chitons are both relatively expensive but interesting creatures if you like something a little different.

Would you use them for CUC and if it takes 2-4 days to ship would that be ok?
I received an order a few weeks ago and everything survived. Snails and crabs. From Florida to Texas where I live. 3 day shipping. There are some people that have had bad experiences with them but I feel like there are more people with good ones .

I wouldnt use them. I looked into them and had a few questions but they never returned calls or emails so I thought that was sketch and never ordered. But seems like others had good luck with them though so thats just my opinion!

I like John and I like ReefCleaners. He's always been quick to refund me for DOAs. Given, I take very careful photo documentary of opening and condition of all bags, and I send that to him, so maybe that helps.

I always do overnight. But, I usually try to find 2-3 locals that also want CUC to split the cost of shipping. I might consider the slower shipping for more robust snails during cooler months.

He answers my emails

Maybe he likes me more

I need him to hook me up with small turbos. They ones I got were big. Now huge

Killdozers

Going to be garden snails in the morning

He answers mine too. He’s even called me before. He’s just got crap service now compared to 2010-2018. He’s too scatter brained. I’ve had too many poorly packed shipments from him. I’ll order elsewhere.

He’s just got crap service now
I have no context for what this means

He sells snails for a living

I buy snails

He sends me nice clean snails. Sometimes he throws some extras in the bag

And I get the snails

Snails eat the crap in my tank

Not once has there been any deviation, in all these years

I just don't see what other service I should be expecting from him
