Why not just called it RR USA JD? He's not claiming it's the same one that Canada is selling even if it is... Or isnt. What does that have to do with RRU charging top dollar for it? So are all their other pieces. If a competing company with relatively equivalent stature is getting top dollar for a product and I have basically the same product, then I'll charge the same.

Cmon guys. We all recognize that each and every vendor never exaggerates, is brutally honest and forthright, never gets in disputes with others, and that they all share sources of their rarest finds with each other because that is just what they do.
Its a big ocean, with lots of divers. Just might be that some of these guys on some remote island in the middle of nowhere ships multiple frags of some large beautiful colony collected to multiple vendors. Or maybe stuff gets rerouted, who knows what goes on. Its a bit murky to say the least.
Jawdropper isn't around for a year, mother colony purportedly dies, then multiple frags show up. What does that mean? I don't know. There is no doubt that the original signature reef raft pieces were amazing. But then some have suggested that perhaps the photos were not realistic in some way, such as photos taken of wild colonies right out of the ocean to some type of enhancement. Maybe these corals were perfect from day one. Certainly frags of this original colony were sold but not much seen on the threads of any of those.
This may be my favorite coral of all time even though I don't have a frag. This is the coolest story of mystery, intrigue, suspense, a slew of accusations, hyperbole, some nonsense and a lot of conjecture by individuals like me who have no real idea what the true story really is. There has to be a best seller thriller in this storyline. I look forward each day to avidly reading the daily updates on the Jawdropper thriller.
I do not know where in the ocean this coral originated from, but I hope it was from Manilla, then the Jawdropper would be the true "Thrilla from Manilla".

What you and show time and a few others are not getting I will make very simple for you. People want to know is if it did not come from RR Canada then Why didn't rr usa just give it a different name instead of confusing everyone and stealing the name given to it by rr canada? Maybe they got a piece from the same place rr canada or maybe they got a frag of a frag from someone who got it from canada either way they should have made up a new name unless they could prove it came from the people who named it ie Lineage

And I don't know where "the colony died" came from. There's someone either here or "the other forum" who does not deny that he purchased the colony when asked directly about it in a thread. He bought it and can't public ally confirm. I'm sure there are some thread viewers who know who I'm talking about.
If they say it died and it starts popping up everywhere, then it's probably even more in demand. I'm sure they kept some or he sorted out some top level guys to protect his investment with backups. I would.
