I've never owned an acrylic tank. I'd probably scratch the crap out of it. Lol. How's that Regal doing?

This is my 1st acrylic too.
Regal is fat n happy! Heck, all the fish are fat! I bumped up my feeding to twice a day (enriched mysis and enriched pellets) and a full sheet of nori!! My fuge hasn't grown in 5 months, 0 trates, 0 PO4. I think the lack of nutrients is playing a role in my PE on my acros. I thought my isssue was copper, but a poly filter barely changed colors in 2 weeks. Then I thought about Mag, but with my clams and coraline growing (and obviously you see the coraline,lol), I'm dismissing that idea. Other than that, Cal was high @ 550. Alk was stable @ 8.8

Sounds like you are nutrient poor need to get some food in there for the corals. Just not too much, watch those Nitrates and Phosphates.

My thoughts as well Ryan. I've started feeding PE mysis w/o rinsing to see if I can get a little more nutrient in there. My fuge (small, but only used for growing food, not just nutrient export) is 5g and receives the overflow prior to the skimmer, and it's went from a great fruit size to about a 1/3 more in 5 months, so I completely agree. We'll see.

I had the same issue and I just started feeding more. Now I feed too much as I see my phos and nitrates coming up and will be cutting back on the feedings. Since the levels have become detectable my corals look great. I do run bio-pellets though so I need to feed heavily. Not just as heavy as I have been!
