right out the box, with their examples, I am able to get some of the following output.
Wouldn't be to hard to encase that sensor in epoxy to put in the tank, or tell when a solution changes color...
I have micro steppers in the mail.
To get these values, I put the color chip over the sensor for a bit then moved to the other color.
