It seems like everything is growing nicely.

I’ve had plenty of impulse buys. I’m sure I’ll have a few more this coming weekend at reef-a-palooza but I bought this torch in January 2018 as a single damaged head for pretty cheap

I took my kamor pump apart and had to replace the hose because it was leaking. The head itself had some of the rollers stuck and all I did was work them loose/lubricated with wd40. It has been running for another month now with no issues

I blame this on you @Wrangy ! 2 weeks ago I didn’t have a single shroom. I loved my sps and I had no desire for any softies. Fast forward a few weeks and instead of looking for acro’s At Reef-a-palooza I was on the hunt for shrooms

Tank is doing better than ever! Everything is growing well. I’ve been consistent with my maintenace/water changes.

Have you noticed any significant growth since you added the C02 scrubber? I have been thinking about it since my tank hovers around 7.8-8.1 pH
Unless my levels are acceptable, then I won't add one.

I hope they are happy I just need them to start growing! My polyp extensions has been crazy lately!

Thank you! I noticed growth when I raised my ph. I know as long as your about 7.8 you are ok but above 8 is optimal. The only thing you need to consider is the media is not cheap and that it is another chore that you are going to have to maintain.

Okay, thanks! My pH is always at 8-8.1 when DT lights are off because I run a fuge.
I have been noticing growth on some of my acros. I guess if my pH drops below 7.8 and stays there for awhile then I will consider adding a C02 scrubber.
I have done a bit of research into it and I agree that it will be another chore to change out and pricey overtime.

With the ph scrubber I stay between 8-8.3 but the only reason I installed one is because I got a killer deal on 5gallons of media and a reactor for cheap.

Personally I wouldn’t want a good ph below 8 now
