I just got my first coral for my 10 gallon tank about 2-3 days ago and some are kinda opening but I’m not sure if they are doing good since this is my first time if anyone could look at these photos and tell me if they look good or if something is wrong that would be much appreciated. I also am not sure about the location of them all I’m not sure if I should move any of them up or down.

I would do 10% WC to at least manage your ammon/nitrite issue.....seems to me that the tank didnt cycle completely (or something big died).....you shouldn't have any nitrites....or at least ultra-low.....
What do you mean wc?

Take that fish out. Right now its basically being physiologically tortured. Dump a whole bottle of fritz turbo or biospira in ASAP if you can't take the fish out. Do a massive water change. Is that fish eating frozen food/pellets? If not, that fish needs a massive tank filled with copepods which your tank is not and likely has little to no copepods. Ignore anymore advice from that LFS.

What test kits are you using?

I have the saltwater api test kit. If I do that massive water change should I dump a whole bottle of fritz turbo in it as well?

I would do both. Could you take a pic of the ammonia test result? Sometimes the API is easily misenterpreted.

Hmmm ok yeah I would definitely dump a whole bottle of fritz turbo or biospira in and do a water change (before hand).
I ordered a bottle of Fritz turbo start says it will be here from the 3-6 should I do something in the mean time?

How long should I wait to do the water change should I do it today or wait until the fritz comes in and when I do how much of a water change should I do

I would do it as soon as you can. Just to get the ammonia test to start looking yellow rather than green

Ok I put a ammonia reducer pad in my aqueon quietflow 10 filter and I will do the water change as soon as the fritz turbo comes in. Is there anything else I can do in the mean time?
