Did you feel a prick while working in the tank? I got a small puncture from a vermetid snail tube that got infected and looked like that.

Hard to say what it was. Different people have different reactions to what they touch in reef tanks. I've touched or accidentally grabbed torches, hammers and frog spawn without this happening. Same goes for bristleworms. They cant seem to penetrate my calloused hands. My sister on the other hand, has had a bad reation to bristleworms. Said it was similar to stinging nettle, for those that have ran into that before.
exactlyEuphelia sting
Dip finger in peroxide and let it fizz. hold on to a bag of ice and if you have, take a Benadryl
a laugh, like,n a sad ,all in oneI jinxed myself. Dealing with poison ivy now. Lol. Dangit.

Had a buddy years ago that was tearing down a tank. Guy came to pick up the tank, so my buddy is emptying it, and all the live rock in it, and grabbed a bristle worm on rock he picked up, and looked exactly like the picture I attached, but on multiple fingers. ER didn't even know how to help him. He went home and removed them by putting duct tape on it and pulling, repeatedly.

I think I’m immune to the stings, I don’t feel them anymore I’ve been stung so many times.

Maybe you have a secret Bobbit worm that bit you! Google if you don’t know what that is... actually don’t you won’t sleep.Hey everyone! Had to move a zoa this morning. Nearby corals are couple of Zoas, frogspawn, devil’s hand and Hollywood stunner chalice. What would cause this burning blister?

From past experience with a Euphyllia dominated tank, likely the Frogspawn (I used to get blisters fairly frequently, especially on the soft skin of the inside wrist). Chalice have a strong sting, too, so that's always a possibility.
Yeah, a dude couldn’t figure out why his fish would occasionally disappear and eventually broke down his tank and found one that was SIX FEET LONG.I googled it, god God that thing does not look like a worm, but one of those creatures out of that movie tremors.
