what I am trying to say is that with common test kits having zero at the results don't mean that you have zero No3 and Po4The AF guide says PO4 0.01 to 0.04ppm and nitrate 0.1 to 0.5ppm for SPS dominated systems. Both of these are measurable by hobby kits. Another thing AF guide says and highlight that limiting nitrate is not good for the system so if it read 0 you should feed more. To be on a safe side targeting 1-2 ppm is better as you have a margin of error.

Most common hobby kits like you said can go so down but are limited on their accuracy .

Po4 checker Accuracy ±0.04 ppm
