If I remember correctly...dont you only does those like 2 times a week? I have a schedule I set up with anirban and I believe you helped with it....did I misinterpret wrong?
As far as you first question, you have a mixed reef, since you have a mixed reef you will have to look out for all three individually. You can treat the system as a LPS system, but there are many different thoughts on how to dose a systemI re read instructions. They say every other day with the lights off. Good to know.
And if I want to raise alk, can I use the af component? How much do you think I should add?
How am I supposed to correct high mag? If my salt has mag to being with water changes won't help.Your high mag is causing the the low dkh. Focus on correcting your Mg then worry about the others. Until then, they will always test off.

@Anirban, I have done this for you numerous times... using the salt out of the same box...is always the same high reading mag..but I will test either tonight or tomorrow..Hey bud @domination2580 I want you to mix a fresh saltwater with the salt at salinity 35 or 34. Then do measure all three Alk, Ca and Mg and let me know.
