Man, I'm afraid your levels are just horribly off.

If that Alk reading is right, you're stuff is about done. I'm not even sure what to recommend. You could shock the tank by dropping it quickly, but you'll probably kill a bunch of stuff if you don't. I'm surprised your pH is 8.08 with a dkh of 24. Unless your sand is just dissolving due to the low pH and buffering it.

Condx4 is measuring your salinity. If that reading is right, your salinity is around 1.029 specific gravity. You should be 1.024-1.026. Your high salinity could easily kill an anemone, if the Alk hadn't already done it.

Then your temp is still pretty low. I'd bring it up another 3 degrees over the next few days.

If I were you, I'd get a local store to test my water ASAP. If your readings are right, I'd do about 5 days in a row of 20% water changes. I'd use RODI water mixed with your favorite salt to 1.025 specific gravity. At the end of the 5 days, your salinity and alkalinity will be stable at the right levels. Just be sure to warm the water before the water changes to match the tank temp.

This is coming off of my Neptune system
My salinity is at 1.025 I check that by hand with my hydrometer. (Not the plastic kind)

I have not taken it to a LFS because I work sun-Wednesday 8-7. And their are not any in Buda, Kyle or San Marcos

Ok, that's good news. Your Apex Condx4 needs calibrated and is not reading correctly.

Looks like the water changes are helping. Which is great.
Looks like I'm actually going to start another build here soon.

Came home tonight and the anemone is all deflated and looks dead I'm so confused on the anemone but the rest are living just fine

Actually I just got home for lunch and yeah it looks like it's not going to make it. I think I'm going to do a really big water change like 50% and gravel vac.

I run an apex system which is awesome but I need to play around with it a lot more lol.

I have green hair algae and it looks bad I remove it, and have. A sea hair, a long spine, lawnmower blenny.
Some snails not sure how many non are turbo snails though, they all seam to die on me for some reason.
I have a sand shifting starfish, 2 queen conchs I thought I only had one , not sure where the other one came from.

Water parameters as of 3/3/16
Salt level: 1.026
Temp: 73.1
Ph: 8.11
ORP:442( I just did a lot of cleaning on the tank tonight)
Rest of water test tomorrow along with water change.
It may just be the pics but I think u have too much white and not enough blue light
