Thank you bristleworm

I don't personally have experience with my worms YET but I know with fiberglass insulation it's pretty much impossible to get all the frags out, the best thing I've found to do is pull what you can out with tape and what doesn't come out there when you take a shower use warm water and a damp towel and start running towel with the pores of your skin also I've put a warm towel in the area that the frags are in and I guess the warm air pulls the pieces to the surface or just opens the pores more because I can always get more out with tape after. Vineger and stuff only bandaids the itching fiberglass wise atleast

It burned and burned and burned was red for some time. The worst part about it was getting spine out. I had to dig it out. But was more anoying because of how long they burn
Watched a show and a guy dove in to what he thought was a calm section of water near a cliff, well had massive currents from waves near by ripping around rock face, well he got slammed into the rocks and bounced around like a pinball and ended up with about 100 plus spines! Would hate to have been him and don't wish that on anyone
