CF Lanceolatus? im confused i thought pintail was just a broad term. Im asking because it was sold to me as a Lunate. ThanksLooks like a pintail wrasse
Cf. lanceolatus is a more accurate name, it is given by the scientific community. It is recognized as a new species, but not formally described yet. Pintail is a common name given by hobbyists, in many cases common names are fine, but in others the same common name can be used for different species, i.e. Christmas wrasse.CF Lanceolatus? im confused i thought pintail was just a broad term. Im asking because it was sold to me as a Lunate. Thanks
