There was a story either in a coral publication, or newspaper where a Canadian was suspected of growing pot. They busted down his door and went through his house searching for any signs of drugs. Of course all they found were his fish tanks and coral. Apparently, the government had a couple of utilities check his place out to try and figure out why he was using so much electricity, etc. They actually made HIM pay $300 or $400 for the cost of the bust. This guy was totally innocent!
