Good guess, normally Giesemann has 4 X 250 or 400 Watts to get those reading, but spacing seems off for four bulbs this light is coming from the center; I guess this one only has three. Something is off.

A lot of great guesses 
But, let me start with this, I’m often disappointed by evaluations made on aquarium equipment without any real world experimentation. These results can lead to negative responses by the hobbyist without ever using the product or the results will have a hobbyist purchase the equipment only to be disappointed with its performance.
This scenario applies to the lights I’ve been toying with for a little more than two years. The results have been better than fantastic. For over two years now I have been working on a hybrid light system that not only is it giving my corals improved color but growth rates are extraordinary.
The light you see in the photos I posted is one light retro fitted to a 72-inch Giesemann Infiniti light fixture. The Giesemann fixture was completely gutted to accommodate these lights.
O.K. I provided you with more info, now give it another try. Some of you are close!

T5/LED combo? I have a pair of 4x80 watt ATI fixtures over my 300 and am thinking about removing 2 T5s from each and replacing them with LEDs.
I'm close to pulling the trigger on that RLSS DB10i, but my only hesitation is the pump. It seems like it has been discontinued and I haven't been able to confirm that 6000 will fit in its place. You don't have any intel on that do you? Thanks

The setup is looking good, Tony. I see that your water level keeps those huge cross braces submerged; that's one of the complaints I have with the stock 300DD. You can remedy that by cutting some of the teeth out of the overflow and lowering them down a bit with a dremel or similar tool. Love your choices for the DC pumps and skimmer. Are you planning to put a backing on the tank or leaving the glass? I ask because you'll probably want to extend your protective wall backing up to the height of the top of the tank; there will be splashing (we know how you love wrasses!) and sloshing (with maintenance) and the wall will get wet and salt spray back there. Can you show us a pic of the sump and how you are doing the plumbing and equipment under there?
As far as the light fixture goes, your hints are very interesting. The pic looks like a high-power LED array, but I don't know which one of those would have gotten poor reviews or a "bad rap". There are plenty of crappy LED fixtures out there, but this doesn't look like one of those!!

[FONT="][FONT="]Not that they have gotten "poor reviews" – they did get favorable reviews, but I feel the reviews had undervalued the performance of the lamp and I feel that it’s much better (real world application) than the reviews indicated. And, as for a “bad rap” – some have made negative comments without ever using the light(s) or seeing them in action.[/FONT][FONT="] [/FONT] [/FONT]

Great Build Tony. Interested in what the lighting is. I'll be following along. A fellow South Floridian her and before you posted the picture and gave more clues I was thinking natural sun light from Sun domes or something to that effect, but I can see that hood would not allow for that.

Here we go; the Giesemann Infinity light fixture is out fitted with five Ecoxotic 100-watt multi-chip Cannon modules. In the photo only one is lit to show the power of one Cannon. After several years of looking I finally found my Metal Halide replacement or should I say equivalent.
In order to make this retrofit work properly a lot of research and experimentation went into its development.
I am currently working on an article that will go into detail about this part of the build.
But, like my talks I like to get people involved with my topics. Thank you guys and gals for participating.
