I don't know if they use black mesh or not but the mesh is removable/replaceable if that helps. It works just like an everyday screen and mesh is cheap.

We agree, black mesh is becoming increasingly popular. We're working on sourcing it right now, challenge is finding a black screen that will last over our 5 year warranty We will be posting on this as soon as we have it available.

Yes clients are welcome to remove the clear screen we use for the time being and insert their own black mesh if they'd like. Very easy with splined lids. If anyone needs pointers on this just let us know

Absolutely, we have this in the works. Meeting with some videographers tomorrow so that when we do quite a few videos we have planned, we will be able to bring studio quality guides to you all. Can update here once posted
