Haven’t seen any for a while now. Got one notification at like 4am that some were in stock at BRS I believe (a few weeks ago) and by the time I saw the email, gone!
Heard from a reliable source that they will only be doing 2 month kits for a while...really sucks!

As I understand it, everything they had in stock was shipped to retail a few weeks ago and was to be 'metered' out over time. No more to be had until Neptune reopens …. when that will be …. who knows!

Yes frustrating. I’m a bit baffled why their whole Trident equipment line has been so slow to get out? Took me a good while to get mine and now the reagents are out of stock everywhere. I’m hopeful things will increase shortly but I’m not holding my breath.

Im in the same boat, I got mine late last year and just got it going last month only to find myself in the current predicament. Not sure what the issue is with getting reagent out...I can’t imagine it’s that difficult to make.
It’s a bit ironic that we all hated that Mindstream was a subscription service but now I’m wishing reagent refills were subscription based

Yep, BRS have been releasing small batches usually around 1200-1300 EST

Not Neptunes fault the country closed down. They sent out what they had to their distributors. And the Mayor of Boston just said expect this whole covid virus to be around until July/Aug. So I dont things are going to get better anytime soon.
From what i watched in Terrances Video address on this weeks ago (when Covid-19 was just a thought in the back of our minds) was that they were sending out all the reagents they had to all their retailers under the agreement the retailers limited quantity purchase to prevent hoarding of reagents. He also said retailers would periodically release them over the coming weeks and weeks. This in turn tho cant go on forever being they only had so many reagents available when they dispersed all they had.

the crazy part is it’s so hard to get ahold of on top of having purchase limits, I doubt many could successfully hoard it even if they tried.

I picked up a 2 month. Thanks for the heads up @Lp1977 . I understand the current situation and what I was saying I think is misconstrued what im going off of is my own luck. I might just have had horrible timing but since December it seems I have to go to 3-4 websites just to find it in stock. I don't know if supply doest meet demand or just if I miss it when its available. The current situation is understandable and expected to have supplies dwindle due to the corona virus

It would be nice if Neptune would give us an option to run less than 4 test a day in order to conserve what we have. Only oth option I see is to turn it off and on manually to ration it.

I’ve waited and battled for months to get my hands on a Trident and now I’m at 25% reagents and no hope in hell buying more. COVID-19 is a piece of crap !! Even in Canada we got the shaft.
