Tyler's 220 gallon in wall build thread!

That looks amazing, really amazing !!

put water in it....lol

also, i think i saw a heater in your salt or fresh water reservoir and that is fine but you do not need that in there and adds a point of failure, unless you expect it to be very cold in the fish room ?

Thanks man, and No doubt about the water lol. Making it now and with this week being busy, I hope to have QT tanks up and cycling by the weekend.
Heater is in there to pre heat the water before big batches. Salt says at least 77 degrees to desolve properly I guess. But I put in as another piece I can use if I need to whip up a big water change. It will usually just be off.
I NEED help programming ATO and optical for rodi, salt res lol. @scott11106, check out the post I made in neptune form. Hoping you or someone else can guide me through the optical sensor set up.

I am sorry - but i cannot help feeling so so so jealous ....

its so BEAUTIFUL and stunning..... absolutely amazing.
so organized/planned -

i dont think i have any more words to praise.

cant wait to see corals and fish in this.

Thanks so much. I pre planned this as best I could to succeed, and protections with redundancies. And as a perfectionist, it's hard to cut anycorners cause it drives me insane. Like my qt wiring compared to display side lol.

so the programming is easy for any sensor (put a link on here and i will check it out)here is my simple programming for my RODI that uses a sensor to shut off the RODI if it hits the top sensor

@scott11106 sry you want me to send you a link on here? Of what....sry I'm not following. What does all the osc numbers etc mean? And my emergency high shots off solinoid valve through this same list, just by adding another line of code?

i thought you had a post on neptune systems site so i said send a link but it is not important.. did you decide to go with dry rock?

Yes I went with marco dry rock. Hopefully wife and I will start designing reef aquascape. I'll post some photos on here for critic.
I've made some posts on the neptune systems.com forum. Go check it out or I can also put in here too. Post will be under my name.
I cant understand how with my ATO, how is it programmed with the two optical sensors and the pmup to all work together. That's one thing with my three ATO. The other is to do with three optical sensors and the solinoid valve.....How do I get solinoid to be activated/deactivated by low/high sensors. The the third(emergency high) sensor to shut off solinoid if it ever got that high. And to also send me alert.
I'm learning quickly in apex fusion, just stumped with these few items. And also optical in my salt reservoir to send me text when reservoir water drops below it.
You be happy to know, QT2 has water... yaaaaaaa. My LFS set me up with Kent salt. But when mixing my first 55g, I did it exactly how they said. But SG came out to 1.031. So I had to **** with it to drop it. Annoying

you will have to work the numbers of the salinity and i use a digital refractometer constantly for salt reservoir and to check QT and MD.
if you dont get an answer on the programming let me know and we can walk through it...

Ok so question, have you ever seen this? One of my cor 20 the driver goes red for 20 seconds or so, then back to white after a bit. Just started doing this today, I think. As I havnt noticed it yet. And fusion sends volt icon?? System hasnt even seen water yet on display side.........

@scott11106 or anyone else seen this???

Programming ATO's. If I walk through tasks menu, and set fmm up that way, i cant get it to activate. But if I go onto settings of pmup 24v output, and apply corisponding opticals to activate it high/low...deferring one minute it works? Only one of my fmm (QT1) have pmup plugged into 24v slots. QT2 and SUMP are both in eb832. All opticals are in ports 1 and 2 of fmm.

how are you running your core if there is no water in display as those are your return pumps correct? did the water level run low in the return chamber? open up the detailed view of the eb8 and see if the power fluctuated. also you can turn reporting on so you can monitor.

so what is not working exactly? the qt2 and sump opticals? if they are pluged directly into eb8 make sure that you create a virtual module so that you can activate/deactivate using the optical switches.

Nothing is running. On fusion dash everything is switched off. Has been since day one for cor20s. I'm using dash to turn res pump, lights etc on.

I also have digital milwaukee refractometer

I've do that through creating virtual mod for each pmup. But my qt1 fmm( which has pmup in its 24v slot) would work if I do it through tasks, atm wizard set up.

Hey @scott11106 what does your email alarm list look like. What should I all add to it? And how do I get fusion to send me text messages also?

@scott11106 does this look right for ato pmup? Zombie said it should wait 60 min then turn on. But if I put in auto it's like 5min then turns on.

What darn codes do I need to put in here for these three ato to work properly?

lol, it is a pain to learn but i had to learn a bit of patience for the programming part and i still have not gone back and finalized mine as everything works but i never put all my alarms in.... anyway

i would have to play with it but right off the top of my head you should not need 2 defer commands, and i could be wrong but the min time command does not seem right

(I have to admit i am also still learning the programming part so there is better resources than myself but we will get it either way)
