File a claim with PayPal.

Call PayPal and tell them the situation, open a dispute and show them screen shots of this entire forums any conversations u have with him.

Actually we didn’t move it, it’s just an add on that doesn’t play nice with out current software. We’re looking to fix all this once and for all soon!

I honestly hope he spent the money. Once everyones money is refunded, his PayPal will be a minus amount. Then PayPal will come knocking for the money he spent, might even auto withdraw from bank on file. Then overdraft fees will make it even better LOL. #soworthit

Those of you who have filed claims on paypal, make sure to call Paypal and escalate it to a claim (I believe you can do it online too). Don't wait for the 10 days paypal gives the seller to provide tracking. That's just buying him more time. When you escalate it to a claim, Paypal puts a freeze on the funds and initiates withdrawal from his bank account.

If you sent money through a credit card via paypal.. you can always call your credit card company and they will automatically dispute the paypal transaction.
 
PayPal cannot legally take money from your bank account. I know from experience. They tried the BS with me when a scammer buyer tried to return an empty box to me. PayPal demanded that I put money into my account to reimburse them, which I refused to do. I just let them lock my account.
 
Bought MARS aqualight and no response from him. filing PayPal now

Checking in to see if any of the affected buyers have received their $ back? I escalated my claim a few days ago, but haven’t heard anything more from PayPal yet.

Paypal takes up to 21 DAYS FOR A REFUND

I filed my claim as soon as I knew others paid for the same item. I just looked and the seller has until the 24th to respond before PayPal goes to the next step which is refund the money. That is unless the seller disputes the claim and then it will take longer.

Unfortunately I have had my fair share of bad luck this year so I know the process. Sucks when you have been using PayPal for 15+ years and have never had to file a claim and now twice I was scammed by reefers and it ruins it for the rest of us. (Prior instance this year was on FB, not R2R)
 
This is just crazy I can't believe that someone could do something like this. I don't see how they could do this and then have this in the back of there mind after doing it because I would feel horrible if I ever did anything like this. This makes it harder for people to trust people on here to buy stuff also. Apparently this person needs something like this to happen to them so they can see how it feels because I wouldn't be to happy about this at all. I've been reading this from the beginning and this guy has alot of nerve to do something like this. I hope that everyone gets their money or whatever back!! Goodluck everyone
