UPS Hates Reefers

Summer is worse with UPS than winter, at least for me. Stuff gets hot in those trucks,so I started just having the shipments held at the UPS center where I can pick them up at 10am. Since doing that, I haven’t had a DOA.

Yeah, I can see that happening frequentl. I wish fedex gave employees more time to make direct contact with all its costumers.

Also this is not a excuse but managers will shift delivery areas and add it to a different driver who is usually unfamiliar with the area . This is done in most cases to cover people that have called in sick, on vacation, on injuries.

Fedex is the best! They are almost always early with their deliveries in my experience.

My last UPS shipment was a total joke. According to the tracking it sat here at the depot for three days before they decided to deliver it! DHL is really bad also!
