Yea that and that my hand will be in the tank, don’t want to get stung
Well, to get mine out of the bag I tipped the whole thing onto its side slowly and just let the fish take its time to come out whilst also removing the bag from below it.
And when it’s a water change, mine hides at the back and is easy to spot because of the colours changing

ironic how much I wanted one yellow fish, two years later I have foxface, borbonius, copperband, and clarki clowns!

I wanted a lack of yellow, I now have yellow in almost every fish in my 4’ tank…

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone actually enjoy their watchman goby? Mine is a grumpy little creep who I see less than once a week. I just chuck some food into his cave because I'm afraid he'll starve.
Mine has a big grumpy frowny face but it's out on the open sandbed all the time, and my tank doesn't have much open sand bed.
Maybe get yours a pistol shrimp? I have heard that the two creatures together add a lot of entertainment value to a tank.
