Just wondering what brands everyone uses for dosing your corals for foundation elements and nutrition? I was considering Red Sea's products, but they are a bit pricier than some other brands out there. Any suggestions?

red sea, aqua forest, are two big names.

i personally use @PSXerholic's "reef moonshiner method". using ATI test kits i find what my tank is deficient in and i dose accordingly to his calculator.

red sea by far is the best in my expirence.

seachem is by far the worst dosing brand i have used expect for their reef plus which was pretty nice.

I've been using All For Reef for the last 7 months. So far, I'm very satisfied. I'm happy to never think about dosing strontium or selenium.

I also use Red Sea Reef Energy AB+, Reef Roids, and recently started dosing phytoplankton, but I don't have regular schedule for those and I don't consider them necessary.

iam using full red sea solution, simply they have recipe to follow for beginner reefer like me
iam still to early to give review this product, my 1st reef tank is still on 3 month

ESV 2 part and Red Sea NOPOX and Red Sea AB+

I used to experiment with different bottles as people mentioned but have stopped completely. Honestly, I didn’t notice any change in growth and/or coloration in my tank.

CalRX + Alk (in ATO) seem to be working well for me…

Good luck with your dosing experiment! Just remember to only change one param at a time.

I do 25 percent water change every 2 weeks, in between I use 1/2 doses of Fusion 1, 2 if cal and mag are low, full dose of reef+ zooplankton and phytoplankton nothing else

Red Sea PRODUCTS siometimes seaschem and on a occasion i will double check the main items that i'm pouring out Cal, alk, everything else i do by hand
