What do you guys feed for frozen?

To see if there’s something I’m not feeding that my fish will benefit from to have a better immune system or just better coloration. I wasn’t sure if there’s anything else I could feed my royal gramma as he’s very picky about what he eats now
Dangerous husbandry to think more more more is better better better.

I've grow beautiful perfect Tangs to 7ins on just Mysis and Nori ..... in amounts that don't poison the tank's water quality.

Yeah I guess I was overthinking it just wanted to get peoples opinions also since none of my friends are into the hobby so I don’t really speak with other people which is why I joined.
I also don’t over feed, I usually feed in small portions until I see the fish aren’t longer interested in the food and the clean up crew eats whatever’s left

This is just Some . . . . .

As long as you don't do the "More is better" you can feed anything you like.

I know fish tend to gravitate towards a particular food as their favorite. I've thrown diversity at them and they react like my 15yr old daughter being all finicky

Got it I’ll just keep switching it up and keeping things fresh instead of re-freazing the leftover food

Rods fish food lol and PE flakes in the morning mixed with some Mysis they love it haha

I alternate between LRS Reef Frenzy and a mix of PE Mysis and PE Calanus. Both I soak in Selcon before feeding.
I’ve seen LRS on most LFS but no PE products which is a bit odd but will give them a shot!

now start looking into easy reef masstick as well just too make life even more complicated, jk . It is also good food but a mess to deal with but u do seem like u like the process

Seeing the fishes love me every time they see me is worth the process every time. My midas blenny will sometimes swim against the glass closer to me because I keep him well fed

tried it for the first time yesterday just smudged it on the glass...the tang mostly ate it but all the small pieces were quickly eaten by the other fish. just took a pic of it on a piece of a chopstick (i dont ever do this) they all came up and just ate off the stick, even the skittish wrasses

they all quickly get used to where the food comes from and usually come up to the feeding cup, the wrasses usually wait a second while the rest wait like piranha

The moment I put the latter up in front of tank they all jet to the feeding cup, love to see it. Sometimes my clowns will eat straight out of the feeding spoon I have for the food
