What is a good RO/DI system?

Now that my tank is full of TAP water (treated) what do I do? Leave as is? Do multiple water changes? Etc etc. I have few fish, some crab. Live rock, 2 nems and some coral

How old is the tank? You might start running into algea or diatom issues if you continue to use tap water. Also where your water comes from makes a huge difference. I need a 6 stage ro just to get my water usable where my buddy that lives about 5 miles away uses straight tap water with no additives and has one of the healthiest cleanest reefs I've ever seen. I filled my 220 up with city water and prime since I didn't really want to run 400 something gallons through my ro when I started. But it cycled like any other tank, just did some big water changes with RO water and it's been great since

The tank is about 6 months old. Found out today my LFS store sells RO water for 75 cents per gallon. I'm going to get some and do a 40-50% water change and keep buying until I get an RO unit up and running.
