Hey everyone, I just wanted to start a thread where people can post a pic of their fish that they consider their "Centerpiece" fish :)
Also (if you'd like to answer this question) why do you consider this fish to be your centerpiece fish?

Nice idea. Hope it catches on. Mine isn’t in the tank yet but it’s coming soon.

My marine betta (not the best pic) is what I’d consider my “centerpiece” fish even though it hides most of the time

I remember you getting that gorgeous fish
He’s amazing, such a cool fish. He runs the tank, keeps my tomini in check and black leopard wrasse. He’s huge to(6-7inches), I recently learned that super males also can grow larger than average in addition to spectacular coloration. I was very fortunate to find this guy, he is very territorial though, I’m hesitant to add any other wrasses to the mix. He does well with the black leopard though, occasional squabbles but nothing even remotely worrisome.

Once I upgrade I really want to get a gold rim hybrid tang, I love those ;Drool

That would be my Achilles.
They've been forever on my wish list and proved to be my nemesis. Tried 4-5 over the years and they never made it although they all ate and passed QT.
Finally scored a nice one that has been in the tank for close to a year.
It's a very classy coloured fish, not common and rather hard to keep, I also got lucky that it's a bit on the soft side so minimal aggression to only ony other tang(guttatus) and it tends to swim gracefully and slowly not like others I've seen that shoot like rockets all day.
My daughter calls him the heart fish:)

I love achilles tangs, beautiful coloration :)

Probably my pair of bird wrasses......the fish kind of take a back seat to the coral unfortunately lol. Sometimes I look at the tank and don't even see the fish.

Gem tang but the powder blue sure does turn some heads!
