What salt mix does everyone recommened?

Recently switched to Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt because LFS has been out of Kent Marine for a month.
BUT I have a very good feeling about making the switch. Is Kent Marine bad? BRS doesn't even sale it as far as I can tell.

I use H2Ocean. Dissolves fast and isn't synthetic. Even convinced the other half to switch, and he is set in his ways. Lol

Thanks for asking the question!!! I had posted a few days ago asking the same question and all I got was crickets. What’s the trick to get reefers to

So after watching @Bulk Reef Supply video and Rico's YouTube video I think its time to change the salt mix I use. When I started the hobby I used IO Reef crystals then upgraded to Red Sea, but my alk kept skyrocketing. I switched to Fritz's RPM but i would get inconsistent batches and after what is potentially going on with Rico tank I think its time to switch salts. I am very intrigued with Tropic Marin does anyone use this salt and would you recommend it?
The new ESV B IONIC is Awesome..

I have used esv-b for 2 years now. When I did water changes on my nano I would mix up 3 gallons and heat. Was good to go in around 10 minutes. That was for over a year once a week.

Good old regular Instant Ocean.

Really don’t understand why anyone spends more unless you are not dosing.

100 gallon box with 4 sealed plastic bags.

38 bucks, can’t beat it.
Plus 1 on Instant Ocean! I buy the buckets when someone runs a 20% off sale and buy 6. UPS / FedEx guy hates me. After 2 years, I have plenty of clean buckets stacked up. No use for reef crystals - I dose what is needed. IO is consistent and provides a stable environment for my 2 mixed reef tanks.

I got a great deal on LiveAquaria salt on Black Friday. It mixes clear and it was about 40 bucks for 200 gallon box. The tanks is doing great!
I herd it was rebranded Fritz. Not sure if it’s true but if so it’s a great deal

TM Pro for years.

I've used many salts over the years. IO, RC, TM Pro, TM Pro Bio-Actif, Brightwell, HW, Red Sea CP, Red Sea regular (blue bucket)
I had a terrible experience switching to RC after using Red Sea for a lenthgy period, starting losing acros and seeing stress symptoms in other non-sps. I switched due to Red Sea significant price increase but ultimately came back.

I don't put too much emphasis on salt mix but here are my rankings of favorite to least:
Red Sea Regular
Brightwell
TM Pro
Red Sea CP
HW (magnesium just too high for my liking, but would be good for those who rely on WCs for magnesium replinishment)
TM Bio-Actif
IO (too low of numbers)
RC (alk way too high + bad results)

Red Sea Regular has been extremely consistent and for someone that likes to use a salt that matches the same parameters run in the tank, its perfect.

All that said, I've been considering trying Fritz, have heard a lot of good things.

I’ve been using IO reef crystals but after watching the latest BRS idea on consistent mixing of salt from the top to the bottom of a bucket or bag...this one was the worst.

I guess rolling the bucket around and turning it upside down and stuff is just too hard to do.. If i have to do that to save $20-30+ on other salt ill do it. Not a big deal

Reefcrystals has been good to me and got them unbelievably cheap during a sale. It was 20$ per bucket at petco I bought 6 buckets.

When was this lol. My petco charges a hellacious amount for their salts, i never EVER buy from them.. Ill buy salt online with 30% discounts with monthly shipments, although i turn that off right after LOL. or i go to petsmart which price matchs amazon and chewy

TM Pro here, mixes clear fast with nice and stable numbers.
