What should I do?

I will get a picture tomorrow. It seems like his jaw is locked open is that a sign of a specific disease?
When I feed the tank he tries to eat but his mouth is wide open so he cant get the food in his month

Lockjaw is definitely a symptom of Uronema, just not real common to see this in a tang. Anthias, chromis, or Wrasse yes.

@sean rand if you can upload a video it may be helpful here.

If it is Uronema you can treat it with metroplex in the water, so maybe see if you can grab some from an LFS today or order it online.

To treat Uronema Metro must be dosed to the water column at 2 scoops per 10G and fed to them also.

Use the Metroplex 2 scoops per 10G in the water column and keep trying to get him to eat Metro laced food

@HotRocks does this look
Like Uronema to you? I think I see some redness around the gills but not very familiar with the chevron tang

@sean rand can you post a few more pics with the whole body?
I'm not seeing any classic Uronema symptoms in that pic. It looks like an injury/gash.

@4FordFamily

Injury, not uronema likely. I’ve not seen uronema ever affect a tang, interestingly and additionally.

I’d dose pure Epsom salt (no scented stuff, organic) one tablespoon per 5 gallons to help with swelling, 48 hours apart in quarantine.

Could be an injury or sting but it should hopefully clear up on its’ own.

I fed him today and hes eating mysis. Hes breathing a little slower. SMH
