I was wondering about what y'all do. If you feed your fish multiple times a day, or every other day.... whatever is your routine, I'd like to hear it. Here's mine:

400g:
12:30 p.m. - Eheim autofeeder (1 rotation)
6:30 p.m. - Eheim autofeeder (2 rotations)
10:20 p.m. - Rod's food

60g Anemone cube:
7:00 p.m. - Eheim autofeeder (1 rotation)
10:20 p.m. - Rod's food

60g Frag system:
4:00 p.m. - Eheim autofeeder (1 rotation)
10:20 p.m. - Rod's food

Special treats on occasion, 2x per week:
Nori clipped to the glass of the 400g

Special treat on rare occasion (few times a year)
1 pinch of banana mashed up into the water column for the tangs and anthias to go crazy over

How long have u used the auto feeder? Is it reliable

I've been using them for about 7 years or longer. Occasionally one will go nuts and empty the drum into my reef, but I've got Phosphate Rx so I don't care. lol

100g Main Tank:
1:00 p.m. - Neptune autofeeder (2 rotations)

8:30 p.m. - Rod's food and Pellets, alternating every other day.

Nori on clip and phyto, alternating every other day.

(2)14g biocubes:
8:30 p.m. - Rod's food and Pellets, alternating every other day.

180g... three times daily (one rotation - ASF Super Feeder)... 9:00am, 1:00pm and 5:00pm. Nori always there for the Tangs, and I toss in a frozen cube a couple times a week.

Marc,
once a day, everyday. When I get home from work (5:00pm) Rods herbivore blend or LRS reef frenzy (I prefer LRS because it's cleaner and has probiotics) every other day. Ocean nutrition reef flakes in between. Nori twice a week.

Fish are fat as pigs!

In the morning, before my shower, I'll take out some frozen food. (I use a dozen or so varieties, in rotation). I generally thaw it in some RO/DI, and when I get out of the shower, I'll pour a little into the tanks. I'll drop in a bit more after I get dressed, and finish it up before I leave the house.

If I'm home at lunchtime, I'll toss in some pellets & some flake. Not a lot, just a little something to help break up the day.

Before dinner, I'll thaw some more frozen, and once again add it to the tanks over three or so small doses.

210 gallon tank, not a lot of fish yet... (but three smaller Bartletts Anthias)

9 am - A total of 1 cube of frozen, usually combined of 1/4 cube each Reef plankton, Cyclops, and 1/2 cube Mysis Shrimp - Every 2-3 days, I replace with a section of LRS Reef Frenzy, chopped up fine)

7 pm, 1/4 cube of Reef Plankton (for the Anthias - they know when and where it will be)

Always have some nori rubberbanded to some rubble (my Kole Tang won't eat off a clip, but will off a rock? Go figure?

My tomini wouldn't eat nori from a clip stuck to the tank. Tied the clip to a piece of rock rubble that I place on the rock work. I use a plastic hook on a fiberglass rod to pull up to load. She eats off it. Tangs will be tangs.

Nice to see more of you feed a few times a day like I do.

Once a day. Around 6 p.m. Rotating frozen food and pellets. Sheet of nori every other day.

I don't have a set routine. I just try and feed little and often but it varies.

Once daily 5x a week; alternating between mysis and Rods
