Always great and informative information! Cant wait to see it.

Interesting post. I make a Nori burrito in the AM. 9-10 am. It's 3 sheets of Nori {2 purple 1 green usually} inside it I put NLS pellets, different flakes, red algae flakes among others that I switch in and out. From there the tangs break it up with the Moorish Idol and the stuffing falls out slowly into the water column. Once I get home I put two more Nori sheets {mix them up} i like to mix in live black worms into their afternoon meal. I also mix a bunch of different frozen foods in a cup and a few chunks I put in the TLF pouches that I love. The Moorish Idol has no problem annihilating all foods. Sometimes before lights out I may throw in some more cubes, flakes or pellets. I feed a lot lol

This post made me smile. A nori burrito. Love it!

75 gal. I feed twice a day. In the morning I'll feed either a cube of Mysis or BS. After the morning feeding I'll get the food ready for later, the same as the morning but I'll add a small piece of LRS and add a few drops of vitamins and I put the mixture in the fridge. When I get home from work I start with some live Blackworms and finish with the cube LRS mixture. Since I'm home on the weekends I'll add an afternoon feeding, one day a clam on the half shell and the following day some Masstick with pellets mixed in.
For the corals I'll dose either Phyto, Marine Snow, or Reef Frenzy once a week. In addition to this I'll add a cube of Cyclopods or Rotifers to the fish food mixture once and a while for the corals.

I defrost a variety usually two of the following, mysis, rods ROE, reef nutrition roe, nutramar ova, LRS reef frenzy, diced up clam from the store, spirulina brine, live blackworms. I defrost at about 5pm and feed in small doses probably 5-6 times until lights out at 9pm

Sheet of nori everyday in the am, sometimes another one in the evening.

Pellets in the afternoon, one or two of the following: PE pellets, Hikari A, B, & Seaweed, NLS. I change it up everyday for variety.

Evenings (also mornings on weekends). Frozen PE Mysis, Rod's Original, Rotifers, Fish eggs .

I also will add some coral foods to the evening frozen foods: BRS Reef Chilli and Reef Roids.

Light Cycle starts at 3:00p,
I feed Nori and an LRS variety at 5:30PM.
Then, I feed a variety of LRS again at 9:00-10:00
I don't feed any kind of coral food.

8:00 every night and nori throughout the day when I feel like it.
Elos coral food every three days and prodibio twice a month.
