Once a day when I get home from work. twice on weekends.

I feed Nori whenever I remember to do it.. every other day or so.

75 gal. I feed a few flakes around 8 am after the lights come on & put some nori on a clip before I leave for work. Then again in the evening around 6:30 - 7 pm I add fresh nori to the clip. I alternate nightly, between flake food/pellets and frozen LRS. I use a child's medicine dropper (think 6" turkey buster) and my foxface will eat out of the end of it. They know when it's feeding time, I have hogs for fish.
Sometimes I put the red leaf type seaweed on a small rock with a rubber band & drop onto the sand bed for a variety.

Twice a day.

~8:00 am - a pinch or two of pellets (either NLS or hikari)
~7:00 pm - a Tic-Tac sized piece of LRS

24g tank with four fish: blacklined blenny, tailspot blenny, pink-streaked wrasse, and yellow assessor.

Also, 2-3x per week - a bit of reef roids or coral frenzy for the coral.

The sun rises in my 120 @ 3:00 and The feeding schedule is
3:15 nls pellets
6:00 nls pellets
@ 8-9pm I feed lrs & nori

I use an eheim synced up to a virtual outlet on my apex.

During the sunrise and moonrise times I have set (around 6:30 am and 7:30 pm)

I feed my fish what seems like every 3 hours during the day when I'm home lol (tangs love to eat)

Auto feed mixed pellets @ 3 and 6, then nori and rods/mix frozen everyday. I let the kids feed them whenever they feel like it just a pinch though lol

Display - Morning and evening. Variety of frozen foods: Mysis, Spirulina enriched Brine Shrimp, Bloodworms and Cyclopeze. Ocean nutrition Formula 2 flake and Reef flake for Black clownfish because he's a bit special and likes flakes from a tube. Ocean nutrition gel cubes + Green/Red/Purple Julian Sprung Seaweeds for Sailfin. Masstick for a treat.

Refugium Nano QT - Evening. Same frozen mixture and Formula 2 flake for the Lawnmower blenny. Sometimes I'll target feed my Possum Wrasse since the LMB can be a little overwhelming during feeding.

3x a day
11:00 am - two rotations of apex feeder
4:00 pm - two rotations of apex auto feeder
~7:00 pm - a mix of pellets, LRS Reef Frenzy, PE Calinus, and PE Mysis soaked in either Selcon or Garlic oil.

Tanks:
50 gallon cube stocked with 10 fish. 2 OccyxPerc clowns, 2 Goldhead Sleeper Gobies, 2 Randall Watchman gobies, 1 Christmas Wrasse (Ornatissmus), 1 Sixline Wrasse, 1 Algae Blenny, 1 Chromis Veridis.

17 gallon cube stocked with 7 pink skunk clownfish.

I feed my fish every morning at the same time ,in the same place, with my homemade fozen little square pieces of food. Also evey evening i feed pellets one by one so i, dont over feed. It's such a routine my fish wait for me in the spot i feed them in the morning. When i, shake the tub of pellets my clown gos crazy because he (as of now) knows hes going to eat.

I have seahorses and I feed frozen mysis twice a day. 3:30ish for the first feeding and 8:30ish for the 2nd feeding. I do have live ghosties often and I will toss a netful of those in for stimulation of their hunting instincts from time to time.

My coral and macro algae just have to glean what they can from the nutrients in the water column.

Once or twice a day in the evening. Once or twice a week I spot feed corals and nems with the fish feasting on all the extra food in the water.

Those of you with tangs or herbivorous fish why do you not feed a little nori every day?

I have had a yellow tang for 12 years now. he never had a lot of interest. He may eat it but it seemed more like I had interest in putting nori in than he did eating it.

150 gallon gets a few pinches of reef formula during the day and frozen something or blackworms at night. I'm waiting for my blackworm population to get bigger at the moment so my tub is loaded with baby's. clams 2-3 times a month also

IMG_0757.JPG I wanted to share a pic of my foxface loving to red seaweed on a rock.

90 gallon tank

6 am pinch of black worms
5pm pinch of black worms
7pm pinch of black worms
9pm 2 grams of lrs (switch up the kind)and black worms.

I have started to add pe pellets as I am going on vacation soon and won't be able to feed the black worms like I do.
So far my fish hate the pellets.

I feed one sheet of nori at least every other day or when I feel like it.
I have started feeding one live clam every Wednesday.

That's all
