What will you NEVER add to your tank again?

What, know body mentioned the horrible fish eating purple reef lobster. I hate that thing and can't get him out. If anybody know how to catch these guys please let me know. It has tore up my Dispar population, I used to love those guys.

I love purple lobsters. :)

Yours doesn't try and eat fish? I used to like him until he started to kill my Dispars.

I've had 2 of them over a span of 5 years with no fish losses to them. I recently lost one I've had about 4 years when I did a fluke tab treatment for blue cloves. I'll likely get another soon. Mine only eats fish food. I've given it larger pieces like silverside and it will only nibble and throw the rest back.

I will never put xenia in any of my tanks again,
choxrox,6 lines can get aggressive towards other fish.

thats one thing i like about this hobby, the same fish/ coral/ invert can be hated by some and loved by others

Red Corris Wrasse - It would flip over any coral that was not glued down. Lost many having them buried in the sand.
Black and White Angel Fish - It nipped at all my coral.
Xenia - It spreads quickly and can snuff out encrusting corals.

i was given a coral banded shrimp... awesome looking critter but man he was difficult... everytime i'd spot feed my anemones he'd be there ripping the food out of their mouths he really made things difficult i'll never get one again
