What's the best doser

I went for the RedSea DOS units, pricey but so so easy to change dosage on. Super accurate, reliable and good heads on them...and we all like good head.

Ok it seems ghl is the one but from all the research I have been doing it seem that they are difficult to use. Is this true? Do they still have a lot of bugs in the software? Also I do not have a controller so would the stand alone be easy to operate?

I’ve owned two and sold both because they’re a pain to use. I’m shopping for a foster right now and there doesn’t seem to be an easy, reliable option.

I have a DOS and I just started using it to dose KNO3 to raise my nitrates. I love that you just put a total for the day in and it does the rest. It's been really accurate so far so we will see how it does long teem

I think learning the software at first is a curve ball but once you understand it, it becomes familiar quickly. I feel comfortable using it but it is slightly difficult at first. Amazing piece of equipment though.

It’s not that it’s hard to use, it’s that it’s clunky and not user friendly. I don’t want to go find a pc, the right cord, download software, learn their coding, etc. in order to run a doser. If I buy a fridge, I want it to cool my food.
