While fighting dinos, no WC allowed. What elements would be depleted?

I have stopped wc , siphoning every day , dose corAl snow with biomate , anything else I can do to fix the dino???
 
I used Metroplex on two separate occasions to eliminate ich from my SPS tank. Ich disappeared but lost about 25% of the SPS. Could have contributed toward your SPS damage.
 
night time ph is around 8 and day time is around 8.2.

yes i am running activated carbon in a filter bag
 
It's a bit fast but, if you've gone the Dino x and blackout route and want to avoid the ph treatments, looker at nutrient limiting, then you could look at peroxide dosing. If it's cyano and not Dino's it'll have the same effect.

i tried with cyano clean and also a balance but does not work . i thought when having cyano , the no3 and po4 will be 0

Not all cyanos respond to the chemiclean.
If it's a new tank yo will get phases even with very good numbers like yours.
Is it new?
