So far I have not done a single water change since October but I have been incrementally increasing the water volume. When I'm tired of playing connect the tanks I will set up an auto water change system along with a lazyboy recliner.

ATO! And how easy they are to make
Mine consists of a 5g jug with 2 john guest fittings. One to fill at the top, the other to drain at the bottom. It is operated by an eshopps float valve.
I am re gluing the drain fitting because I. Busted it off last night. Woopsy. When the glue dries ill fill it hook it and show you it in action!
I evaporate 3 gallons a week with my war tank being as splashy as it is and the heat from the pc lights. I don't mind that in fact. More o2 that way!

Here is my perma moon. I made it from a gutter. Tonight we will see how it looks

I like this structure a lot. I will make a nice complimentary mound on te left side next that will reach higher i think.
Enjoy the mirrored background while its still clear. I have faith I will not see it at all after a couple months.
And also this view will be blocked when the next structure is built.
I have minimum rock sand contact. The rocks I choose and made have points that act as feet or just good center O gravity with small solid flat bases.
I will eventually get 6 inches deep as the reef grows, adding bits at a time to let the existing dry sand develop.

I like the aquascape!
And with plans for a tang here is my first macro of the tank.
I will not have a problem with it spreading because my tang eats it faster than it grows.
Its like titan red but with an amazing design. I'll get better pics as it grows larger

Thanks rev, I'm imaging myself climbing it as I build it to accommodate any critters like a conch that may want to climb it. There is a solid path all the way up to the top so far

Looks like everything is comming together.

Only complaints are my back and the salted wounds lol. Those come with the territory though.
If you have not experienced the sensation of saltwater on cuts I highly recommend keeping it that way.

All these photos had to be taken with blue channel off or they all looked truly deep. However in person the blue looks amazing. My eyes vibrate from the wavelength I think.

So my rock work is complete! I think.
I may putty then together at one point but nothing in there now should be strong enough to move anything.
We will see how the corals in there do before I add my serious ones.

Added a fairy wrasse and my corals today!!!

And if course surface agitation. That's key to sparkling LEDs. Otherwise they just beam down.

My first acan frag and it was a success. I kept the frag and sold the mother
My expertise tells me this coral is for experts only!!!
Freshly acclimated this coral looks awful but once it settles will be my off center center piece as its been hectic keeping up with its demands. Feed like zoos and place like Duncan's has been how mine has done so well in the past. Its got new heads all over it! I wanted the red because its easier but this has just been so awesome i am glad i didn't

Opening nicely, slow bloomer though. Once it is happy you won't recognize it!
The folded brain looks settled already
Duncan is iffy, may move him or rotate.
