Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

I need this. I have a small one haven’t seen the shrimp since day one and haven’t seen the little goby in a month.

Hey I wonder in this group who are the gobies and who are the shrimp? Hmmm

In real life I’m the shrimp bit in my mind I’m the goby

Goby, I think I want to have actual interactions with people, but at the first signs of socializing I run and hide back in my cave.

Or is that the shrimp?

I saw lion king. It’s kind of like a mix between Planet Earth and Dr. Dolittle, so PRETTY good! ;) lol
Very good description. I thought better bc of how many times I had to watch the animated version when the kids were little.

Me want one
This is my second try. First one was ordered from a LFS. Didn't make it but a few days in my tank. Something was wrong with it that I couldn't detect.

This one was spotted from a different LFS and was at least interested in food in store. Much larger than the first one also. It's about 4.5". Has been eating some LRS in my tank, but not as aggressively as I would like, but it's also not an aggressive fish. Definitely my most delicate adventure in the fish side of the reefing world. Hopefully this one hangs around long term. One of my top favorites that isn't a wrasse

I think a few straight pieces. What do you need for yours?
O

h that's all? that's not too bad.

Well technically most of my plumbing is on the way. But once what I have ordered is actually here I'll still likely need a few more sections of pipe, some slip/thread adapters and maybe some more unions which I won't really be able to figure out until after I'm in the process of assembling it all together. It's really hard to guess when you're plumbing 4 runs of 20-25' long pipe exactly what's needed. I still have to order the ocean motion and a pump to go along with it but I'm thinking of just capping the outlets with valves underneath until I can get that part sorted out so I can still get the tank filled and cycling. There are also a few side projects that need to happen as well before plumbing officially commences.

I’ve needed basically 2x-3x more of what I originally thought I would need when it comes to plumbing lol. Lots of hardware store runs. The critical stuff like valves they don’t sell though :( , at least not ones I’d trust on a reef.
