Right? Every time I set up a tank that doesn't come with all the plumbing you need... it's like 10+ trips back and forth to the hardware store.

This one was spotted from a different LFS and was at least interested in food in store. Much larger than the first one also. It's about 4.5". Has been eating some LRS in my tank, but not as aggressively as I would like, but it's also not an aggressive fish. Definitely my most delicate adventure in the fish side of the reefing world. Hopefully this one hangs around long term. One of my top favorites that isn't a wrasse

Nice taste. I almost got one instead of the PBT.

Power is out,generator is on. Should be back on before house gets to hot to keep the tank cool. No storms so I’m thinking the heat overloaded the thingamajig

And for what it's worth, the difference between Formufit and BRS Formufit first up.

And BRS, Upon further inspection the black scuff Mark's are not removable. So I'm current left with about $50 Worth of marked up plumbing so I'm pretty Pi**ed.

If it's getting thrown under a house who cares about scuffs... but people take their plumbing seriously these days. It's like art to get it looking just right. Who sends out scuffed up elbows?

The problem is it's mostly exposed plumbing that will be in the newly finished laundry room (one of the side projects). So I would like it to look clean as I can't bury it behind a wall, Maybe in the ceiling but that's all. And I guess BRS does

Holy cow! I know it may be cost prohibitive for you to return those, but I would definitely contact BRS about that and send them pictures. Maybe they will replace them. They sell this type of PVC because of its appearance. That just would not cut it for most people.

I'm torn because returning them would be very cost prohibitive. I have yet to contact BRS about it and will make a decision tomorrow. And yes the reason why most people buy them is because of the nice clean look and it's the reason I bought them as well. Most of the other fittings seem fine and it was mostly the 1 1/2" elbows that are all marked up which is good.

Anyone know much about cats. My fatter cat has had this goo coming out of his right tear duct for a few weeks, dark red color, is there anything I can/should do?

Is he squinting that eye? How long have you had him? Any sneezing, snuffling?

Vet would probably be best bet since it's been a few weeks. I don't really play around with eye issues. They are way too important and sensitive. Most likely just needs some drops or something to clear it up...

Ive had them both a little over a year they are brothers. sneezing occasionally, Not squinting the eye but it periodically will drip dark fluid. I have been wiping it with a paper towel but it keeps coming back. Only the right eye. It doesn’t seem to bother him at all but I feel like that’s not normal. It’s the worst right after he eats.

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully @tdlawdo will hop on tonight, he’s a vet too. I’ll take him in tomorrow to get it checked out. I’ve never traveled with him besides when I got them, this could be interesting.
